BLUE TASSEL GARLAND

The tassels come in alternating shades of blue and green suspended from ivory cord. Pre-strung with an iridescent cord.

Orders are shipped at a flat rate of $8.95 (US Only) with USPS Priority or UPS.

● Please place an order on our website.
● In the "Special instructions & Notes" section, please let us know what day and time you would like to pickup your order. (Tues-Fri, 12pm-7pm)
● We are closed on weekends and holidays.
● At checkout, please choose "Local Pickup" for the shipping option.

▸ How far in advance should I place my order?
Please place an order at least 3 full business days (excluding weekend and holidays) in advance.
Example: If an order is placed on a Monday, you may pickup will be on Wednesday.

Please allow 10 business days for all custom orders.

Returns and Exchanges

We will happily accept returns (for paper party goods only) after 14 days of the delivery date. 

The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding Packing note with a written reason for the return. We will issue a refund back to the original form of payment after we inspect the item. Please allow 3-5 days for return processing.


The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
